[Bioperl-l] Bio::Graphics output to file!

Make it a binary file would probably help, depending upon the operating system and version of Perl you're using, i.e.

open (IMAGEFILE,">image.png");
binmode IMAGEFILE;
print IMAGEFILE $panel->png;
