[Bioperl-l] Running Blast and Hiding Error Message

Dear All,

could someone enlighted me as to whether there is a way I can pipe off 
an error / warning message printed by StandAlone blast.  I know how to 
do this usually, but am unsure if I can when I launch Blast using Bioperl.
