[Bioperl-l] doing a 1.2.3 release

I am here!  Two week without email on holiday needs one week to sort
things out. I am ~ ready again.

Jason, Can you do the supervise the 1.2.3 release?

I'll start looking into 1.3/1.4.  I'll post an other message to start a
new thread on it.
