[Bioperl-l] help find new dependencies to list in Bundle::Bioperl

Hi folks,

I need to update Bundle::BioPerl on CPAN again to reflect a new dependency:

(1) The SeqIO/chado* modules use Chris's Data::Stag module

Are there any other new ones that people know about?
