[Bioperl-l] Running remote blast example

Hi,

While running the example for t/data/ecolitst.fa to generate a BLAST file 
the script seems to run for a long time, and not return.  How long does
it normally take to run a remote BLAST.  Basically the 
$remote-blast->retrieve_blast($rid) does not return.
