[Bioperl-l] Bio::DB::GenBank get_seq_by_acc

Hi all,

I using the below script:


use Bio::DB::GenBank;
my @query_acc = qw/AF043104 CE24123 AF172351 AF435952/;
$embl=new Bio::DB::GenBank;
foreach $acc (@query_acc)       {
    print ":$acc:\n";
    $seq = $embl->get_Seq_by_acc($acc);
    ...
    ...
}

However I get the following error...

MSG: acc does not exist
STACK Bio::DB::WebDBSeqI::get_Seq_by_acc

But AF043104 does exist.
If I add the version number so AF043104.1 then get_Seq_by_acc works!?!  

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
