Yes - and SeqFeatureI current IS-A RangeI and HAS-A LocationI this will
move to IS-A LocationI and HAS-A LocationI.  SeqFeatureI should continue
to use a location object to manage that information.

During this process we need to also consider how to deal with
sub_SeqFeatures versus sub_Locations nicely as they do not always match
up.
