Brian O and I are rolling out the website changes to reflect the bioperl
1.2 release this weekend.

I'm adding the FAQ link to the sidebar and have regenerated the PDOC for
bioperl-1.2 and the downloadable tarball for those who want to have the
pretty documentation locally. I've also installed and updated the PPD
files for the windows PPM users for 1.2. All the previous versions are
still available as bioperl-102 for example - you'll see these if you do
search bioperl after setting the repository as described in the INSTALL
document.

I don't use Windows Perl so I don't know if the distro PPD files work for
PPM3 or not.

We are still in need of someone volunteering to be the windows bioperl
guru and keep all the help docs up to date and make sure the pkg installs.
If for only windows supported remote logins nicely and us UN*X heads would
do a better job making sure things worked on Windows.

Best,
-jason
