[Bioperl-l] changes in Analysis/soap.pm

I have updated modules talking to the Soaplab Web service (at EBI, at the 
moment) and delivering emboss analyses as web services. The reason: the 
API of Soaplab web services has slightly changed.
   The API of bioperl modules (as defined in Bio::AnalysisI) has not
changed - so you do not need to change anything in your scripts if you 
using this module; only the implementation (modules 
Bio::Tools::Run::Analysis::soap.pm and 
Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::soap.pm) have been changed - so cvs 
update in bioperl-run if you using them.
