[Bioperl-l] make test on perl 5.8

Hi,

I did a fresh co from bioperl-live, not the anonymous cvs server.  Hope it doesn't matter.

Failed Test Stat Wstat Total Fail  Failed  List of Failed

Failed 1/121 test scripts, 99.17% okay. 4/5044 subtests failed, 99.92% okay.
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 29

Not sure what the RootIO errors are at the moment, but my code seems to run fine...

[root@pharmgkb bioperl-live]# perl -version

This is perl, v5.8.0 built for i386-linux-thread-multi
