Giuseppe,

Take a look at the biblio.pl script in the examples/ directory (for a brief
description of useful scripts in the Bioperl package see bioperl.pod).

Subject: [Bioperl-l] Browsing the NCBI PubMed database

Hi,

may I use Bioperl to browse the PubMed database ?
What I would do is to run a perl script, give it
the keywords and retrieves all the article related
without accessing to the NCBI PubMed site.

Is it possible ?

Thanks,
Giuseppe Torelli
