[Bioperl-l] re: blast parsing

Am I right in thinking that there are still 2 "distributions" of
BPlite.pm, the one in BioPerl (doesn't support concatenated reports?)
and the one at Ian Korf's website (which does) ?  This had me confused
for a while, is it fixed in the next planned release?

Also, what are plans for SeqStats.pm in the next release?  I like that
module, but it has limitations (e.g. codon_count() only outputs codons
with a non zero count).
