[Bioperl-l] need help, lib problem

Need help:

I installed bioperl and all the required external packages. They all
passed test and get installed. but whenever I run a test program it says:

Can't locate Bio/SeqIO.pm in @INC (@INC
contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at uniconv.pl line 3.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at uniconv.pl line 3.

I checked my library and find that the SeqIO locates at

/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/Bio  

how do I change the @INC to make it include this path? or is there problem
with my installation?
