Hi all,

I wrote an application for processing alignment and calculating consensus sequences. I think it might be useful for somebody. Please send me an e-mail if you are interested. It is freeware.

It is easy to use the program. The program runs in the directory saving forward and backward sequences, and an optional reference sequence. It calculates the reverse complemental sequences for backward sequences, and then pair them with corresponding forward sequences. It then calculates the alignment and consensus sequences and saved the results in the same directory. The program works in LINUX. It requires Bioperl and Clustalw module installed.
