Heikki,

There was still a little trouble with that method. I
cleaned it up and committed my changes. Should be good
to go now.

Another issue I recently noticed: I'm unable to gunzip
the gzipped files in examples/blast/out/NCBI, WUBlast,
etc. Looks like they were not added with the -kb flag,
so cvs doesn't treat them as binary. They'll need to
be removed and re-added. 

I just updated the CVSROOT/cvswrappers file so the -kb
flag will be automatically added to all new .gz files
(as well as some other known binary types).
