[Bioperl-l] SearchIO on Blast error

there are plenty of example files in
t/data/
% ls t/data/*.bls t/data/*.blast*

You should also try running the test
% perl -w -I. t/SearchIO.t

(there will be undef warnings with the current code in CVS towards the end
of the tests)
