I tested this 0.7.2 candidate release on my RedHat 7.2 linux PC with perl
5.6.0 installed. 
Everything runs fine, but there was only a problem with Bio::DB::GenBank.pm

t/DB................ok 39/47Warning: Couldn't connect to Genbank with
Bio::DB::GenBank.pm!
t/DB................ok, 8/47 skipped: unknown reason
