[Bioperl-l] 0.7.2

Gotta make sure we pass all tests - I think that bug fixes have been
lazily applied to the branch but I believe it passes all tests.

To do:
1. check that all tests pass and that MANIFEST is correct!
2. add README/Bugs/Changes/Platforms entries where appropriate
3. check that MANIFEST is correct
4. ship out.

the 0.7.2 that is on bioperl.org is actually just the 0.7.1 with the Elia
seqio fixes (that were reported just after we tagged) and the manifest
fixed.  newer things have made their way onto the branch since then -
including some fixes for genbank representation of protein data and
swissprot output writing.  plus whatever you had checked in since then.

Should probably do a diff and see what is there.
