Hi All

Is there a reason that RangeI::union always returns a strand of 0?

As I understanding the function, RangeI::union should return the union
of the co-ordinates it receives. I'm not certain what the 'union' of two
ranges on opposite strands is (maybe strand 0?), but if all the ranges are
on the same strand, then surely that strand should be returned as the
third item in the list union returns?
