Bioperl: parsing SwissProt document

You can probably roll your own parser from my sw2xml parser.  This
converts Swissprot to XML - I'm still writing the docs, but the code is
commented, and Copylefted.  It's part of a component for a bigger project,
but I'd be really pleased if others would like to use it.
