Notes: Yes, it is fixed (hopefully ;) on the main trunk (presently), but it _is_
present in the 0.6.1 distribution. The upcoming 0.6.2 will have this bug fixed,
too. HL 2000/09/13

Hi,
I just ran into the same trap as Lisa (see fixed bugs, message id 828)
when I tried to parse a BLAST report
with no hits at all. Blast.pm throws an exception saying can't recognize
the BLAST-program and so on. After applying the change Lisa suggested,
everything looked fine (well, at least the computer did not explode
immediately).
My question is: is this bug really fixed? I just downloaded version 0.6.1
and the bug seems to be alive and kicking...
Or do I miss something crucial?
Sincerely,
Andreas
