Hi friends,

  When updating bioperl by using CPAN's automated mechanism,
perl 5.6.0 interprets
	Distribution    B/BI/BIRNEY/bioperl-0.05.1.tar.gz
as being newer than
	Distribution    B/BI/BIRNEY/bioperl-0.6.1.tar.gz
because it thinks the version of 0.6.1 is undefined.
