  My blast test cases are located at ftp://bio.perl.org/pub/katel/Blast/ A
  spreadsheet describing the various Blast.pm tests is contained in
  blastReport.txt.  The DNA sequences are stored in Nucleic and have a
  suffix of nu. The amino acid sequences are stored in Amino and have a
  suffix of pro.  The files that contain captured output from the various
  Blast engines, have a suffix pf txt.

  The *.pl files are the scripts used to run blast.pm. They will eventually
  need to be replaced with a script that can loop through all the test cases
  and compare them to a baseline.
