Bioperl-guts: cvs export trouble

Aaron,

Are you working on ScoringMatrix/lib right now? I'm having trouble cvs 
exporting and it looks like some files in that directory are locked by 
you.

  cvs export: failed to create lock directory in repository
  `/home/repository/bioperl/bioperl-live/Bio/ScoringMatrix/lib':
  Permission denied
  cvs export: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
  `/home/repository/bioperl/bioperl-live/Bio/ScoringMatrix/lib'
  cvs [export aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

Perhaps if you do a commit or an update that will clear things up.
