[Biojava-l] biojava iupac atom names for pdb files

Hi guys : is there a way to convert a RCSB pdb file to IUPAC style PDB file
(i.e. one with IUPAC atom names) inside of biojava  ?
If not, does anybody know of a good source for getting IUPAC standardized
atomic coordinates for PDB files ?
